My name is Maria De Ludrez Perez

Hello, I'm Maria, the founder of MDP Outsourcing & Consulting Services, LLC. My journey into entrepreneurship began with a deep-seated desire to empower others. I believe wholeheartedly in helping individuals and small businesses unleash their potential, transforming their unique talents and passions into successful ventures. It's incredibly rewarding to guide clients toward becoming the best version of themselves, and that passion is the driving force behind everything we do.

My academic background has provided a strong foundation for this mission. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, have completed 32 credits in paralegal studies, and earned a Master's in Public Administration. I'm also currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration, with an anticipated graduation in December 2025, and hold a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Leadership. These diverse areas of study have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the public and private sectors, allowing me to offer holistic and well-rounded solutions to our clients.

What truly makes me proud to lead MDP is the direct, one-on-one connection I forge with each client. I cherish the flexibility this business allows, as it enables me to dedicate my full attention to your specific needs. Hi there! I'm Monique, and I'm proud to be a part of the team at MDP Outsourcing & Consulting Services. Every day, I get to use my Bachelor's degree in Accounting to do what I love: help individuals and businesses in our community thrive.

My days are wonderfully diverse - from completing tax returns and handling bookkeeping duties to resolving complex tax notices and helping aspiring entrepreneurs create their dream businesses. What truly drives me is knowing that our services, which extend far beyond just tax and bookkeeping, are genuinely affordable for our community. It's incredibly rewarding to help people who might otherwise be priced out of essential financial and consulting services.

I chose to work at MDP because of Maria, our founder. She's hands down the most capable, caring, and understanding business owner I've ever encountered. Her genuine passion for helping people shines through in every aspect of her business, creating a work environment that’s truly unique. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is witnessing our clients realize their full potential. There's never a dull moment, and every client situation is unique, which keeps things exciting and fulfilling.

I'm particularly proud that we've introduced social audits into our service offerings. As our business plan states, these audits are "a powerful tool for uncovering human rights issues, identifying workplace discrepancies, as well as empowering employees and leaders to thrive." It's another way we ensure we're making a positive, tangible impact.

As a key member of the team at MDP Outsourcing and Consulting, LLC, I play a vital role in helping our clients turn their business dreams into reality. My background in accounting, which I am actively building on with my Bachelor of Science degree, allows me to manage critical functions from bookkeeping and data management to social media and website creation.

What I find most rewarding is seeing the direct impact of our work. Our mission of empowering people and businesses resonates deeply with me; it’s a mission I've experienced firsthand, as MDP helped me create my own business. Now, I get to pay that forward every day. My journey at MDP has been one of professional and personal growth, giving me the confidence and skills to ensure every client feels supported and valued, just as I was.
